Delay Tolerant Networks in Post Disaster Scenario (2018)

Designed a time-stamp-based multicast routing protocol for challenged, intermittently connected network environments. The protocol restricts recently communicated nodes from engaging in redundant forwards, preserving node energy and improving message delivery rates.
